Manos al Grano is a new non-profit organization in Colombia founded to support seasonal coffee workers by stabilizing fair and legal wages, as well as providing health insurance, pensions, and other benefits. This smallholder lot comes from three farms - Santa Marta, La Suiza, Perla del Otun - in the Acevedo and Pitalito municipalities, in the Huila region.
