La Chalumndada is a family farm located in the valleys of San Pedro Necta, operated by Don Samuel Diaz and his sons Samuel Jr. and Ernesto. Coffee has been in their family for over three generations. This lot is a mix of a few different varietals, a few of which we have never roasted including Red Pache and Arabigo.
This lot brings a lot of deep fruit and savory notes to the profile. We roast with that in mind and try keep a balance in the cup highlighting its top end fruit notes with richness on the finish . Enjoy!
