The Limoncillo farm is run by the Mierisch Family in the Matagalpa Region of Nicaragua. This will be our third year carrying a natural processed lot from Limoncillo. The elevation on this lot is a bit lower and it is also a natural processed coffee so we roast to bring out the dark cherry and sweet vanilla notes and embrace the heavy body.  Limoncillo offers a really comforting flavor profile that is excellent with milk or on its own.  A cup that is complex and inviting and perfect for cooler weather and holiday gatherings.
