Elevation: 1,100 Meters
The Limoncillo farm is run by the Mierisch Family in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. Our first coffee from Nicaragua in a number of years, this is a unique and intriguing coffee. Fairly low elevation with a natural process coffee has created a really interesting flavor profile that we found tasted best when roasted just a bit darker than our normal offering. This coffee offers a big black cherry flavor up front that finishes with cola and chocolate on the finish. A really comforting flavor profile that is excellent with milk or on its own. A cup that is complex and inviting.
