We have roasted a lot of coffee from Peru for a number of years now. It's a country that has really carved a unique niche for the flavor and feel of their coffee, with very consistent quality in recent years. We really enjoy this lot for the fruited notes it offers that are balanced with a creamy mouthfeel and a spiced cocoa element. Its a coffee that is very easy to drink but still peaks your interest.
This lot is a community lot from the villages of Mendosayoc, Quinuay & La Merced. It comes form the Valle Inca and is grown at around 1,700 Meters and is fully washed process.
