This decaf comes from the same Mierisch Family that produces our Limoncillo Natural lot we have carried for a number of years. This coffee starts as an anaerobic processed lot and then is decaffienated using the swiss water process. It has always been our belief that if any coffee needs to taste good it is decaf, and this coffee is no different. We really fell for the rich and inviting flavor profile. This coffee is full of spice and rich sweetness and we are thrilled to have found it. Sure to please the staunchest of decaf doubters!
