This natural coffee comes from the Monte Verde Farm owned by the Contreras Family.  Monte Verde is the largest farm the Contreras Family owns at 36 Hectares.  Natural coffees are created when the coffee fruit is dried to the bean first before being removed.  This can be a tricky process to get right but can create unique and fruit forward flavors that the dried coffee fruit imparts to the coffee bean.  We really enjoy the richness of this coffee that offers big red fruit notes and a bit of spice.
