This is our first lot from the Yirgacheffe region in awhile but we are thrilled to have this lot as Yirgacheffe has been one of our favorite coffee growing regions on the planet from the very beginning. Typically characterized by notes like Jasmine that you just can't find anywhere else, this lot really pushes those flavor profiles forward. Processed using a special yeast method during fermentation, we find really nice clarity in this lot with sweet key lime and lemongrass as well as a great ending on rich Molasses cookie. If you are a fan of coffees in this style then this one is not to be missed.
