This coffee comes from the farm of Francisco Quezada. His 168 hectare farm has participated in the cup of excellence competition for many years and this lot is an experimental natural lot. The coffee cherry was dried on raised beds using infrared thermometers for temperature control. These details translate to a very sweet and fruity natural coffee that is delicious and easy to enjoy.
